Nar Phu Valley & Tilicho Lake Trek

Nar Phu Valley & Tilicho Lake TrekThe Annapurna undoubtedly provides some of the world's best trekking routes, as it does a greater variety of scenery and culture that can be found in any other areas in Nepal. Nar & Phu valley is a challenging and remote area trekking in the Annapurna Region to explore hidden valley through challenging high passes like Masokanto La (5099m), Kangla pass (5200m) & Tilicho Pass (5230m) with beautiful Lake Tilicho. Nar-Phu valley lies above the tree line on the upper limits of cultivable land in the extreme north of Manang district. It takes five hours reaching the pass that links Nar with Manang and three other Bhotia ethnic villages in the Nyeshang down valley. The people of Nar and Phu valley are still leading primitive life least affected by modernization. They depend on yak herding for their livelihood.

The route via Tilicho Lake and the passes (Masokanto La 5099m and Tilicho Pass 5230m) that guard it from the Kaligandaki Valley beyond is a long trekking trail that offers the adventurous to overcome the challenging pass of this region.
